Export Groups From a Group Class

The Loyalty platform allows you to export Group information for use in other platforms or systems. You can schedule an export to execute at a specific date and time, or on a recurring basis.

In addition, you can define the content of the export by configuring business rules that filter the records that get exported. You can also opt to include some or all of the standard Attributes associated with Groups.

This feature exports only the Groups that have been assigned to the currently selected Group Class. For more information on how to export all Groups, see Export Groups.

Note: The platform supports the export of Groups only via the Standard Export feature; the platform does not support exporting Groups via the Advanced Export feature. For more information on these export features, see Exporting Data from Loyalty.
